Troubleshooting
:: Server and Networking Issues

If your server is timing-out OR
You cannot connect to servers OR
You cannot login:
- If you are on a broadband connection (Cable/DSL/Wireless) and you are sharing the connection with multiple computers, you may need to configure your router to foward the ports that CoC uses to the server. Look in the Router section for more details.
- If you have a firewall installed (Zone Alarm/Norton Internet Security/BlackICE), you need to configure your firewall to allow incoming traffic to the CoC server. Look in the Firewall section for more details.
